Professional Certificate in Hospitality Supervision

Supervisors bridge strategy and execution. This professional certificate empowers your team to lead with confidence, operate with precision, and elevate guest satisfaction — delivered across three progressive modules by industry veterans with hands-on experience, and backed by twelve months of post-training coaching.

Jointly certified with Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU), one of Malaysia’s leading universities with 400+ international awards, the certificate is awarded on completion of all three modules and their assessments.

Classes run on weekends from 9am to 5pm at the APU campus in Kuala Lumpur, with an online assessment at the end of each module and an 80% passing mark.

Professional Certificate in Finance & Revenue Management

Many operational managers who excel in service delivery have had limited exposure to the financial and commercial frameworks that drive business performance. This certificate closes that gap — building the commercial judgement, financial awareness and decision-making capability that mid-level managers need to step confidently into senior roles.

This is the first of three Professional Certificates in the Hotelier Series. Completing all three leads to the Executive Diploma in Hotel Management.
